PROSPECT GENERATION:
THE MOST COST-EFFECTIVE WAY TO DO MINERAL EXPLORATION
Orogen’s exploration programs are funded by joint venture partners, and if a discovery is made, our partners have the right to purchase the projects from us in exchange for a royalty, cash and/or shares, and a possible minority interest in the project.
By continually bringing in new partners to test our targets, our projects are advanced, while our use of capital is kept to a minimum. This gives our investors exposure to more chances of success, without the downside of frequent share dilution.
Orogen creates new royalties by selling high quality gold exploration projects in exchange for cash payments and net smelter return (NSR) royalties on the projects.
In this way, Orogen enjoys the fruits of a discovery and future production without spending money on exploration and development costs.
ORGANIC ROYALTY GENERATION: THE MOST COST-EFFECTIVE WAY TO CREATE NEW ROYALTIES
A FOCUS ON
HIGH QUALITY ROYALTIES
Besides creating new gold royalties in an organic way, Orogen also searches for existing royalties in a strategic manner. We seek out and select royalties with a high likelihood of going into production.
Our expertise covers geological areas that are known for hosting rich mineral deposits, and this is why we have exploration teams in Vancouver, Canada, Nevada, United States and in Sonora, Mexico. We see this as a competitive advantage over other gold royalty companies.
